Customer service was amazing! I went to place the order online and called to verify parts I needed and answer any other questions. After, going through it and placing the order, I accidentally choose the wrong tooth flywheel. I received a call back immediately asking about this and had the issue rectified.
I purchased this for an ar5 to bbc swap and all the parts seem very well made and install seamlessly. I followed their online video instructions and had no issues installing my parts. I did have an issue installing the flywheel on my crank but not so sure that was a flywheel issue as it may have been the crank. I honed it slightly larger and installed it. Just finish up engine systems before I can fire it up.
Everything looks great thank you. Only thing that you really need is to include printed instructions in the box
I purchased the kit a couple years ago (2020) and am finally getting to the swap. Found that there was a problem with a fitting from a third party vendor that they don't use anymore. They sent me all the parts I needed no questions asked! (Figuring I was doing it wrong) They absolutely take care of their customers and have a fantastic product, everything else fits like a glove. I cannot recommend them enough! Having many friends in the community that are also looking into these kits. Will get an ear full of how great these guys are!
I am very pleased with the level of technical service and knowledge of your advisors. All questions were answered in a professional manner. I haven’t installed the parts for my ar5 to sbc conversion yet but they appear to be very high quality! Like most car guys I have to buy parts in stages but I hope to have it installed by spring!
